About All Things Beauti And More LLC
All Things Beauti and More LLC was founded by Crystal Johnson, a licensed cosmetologist with over 25 years of experience and lived experience in foster care. As a child in foster care, Crystal experienced firsthand how a lack of hair care knowledge can impact a child's confidence, identity, and sense of belonging. That experience, combined with her professional expertise, inspired her to create Bridging the Gap: Stabilizing Families Through Hair Care Education.
Our flagship program, Bridging the Gap, is dedicated to empowering caregivers with knowledge and skills to care for textured hair, strengthen family bonds, and build children's self-identity. The company's mission reflects compassion, practical guidance, and a commitment to uplifting children and caregivers throughout their journeys.
